DELIVERY POLICIES

For all of its courier services, Debaarun Mukherjee uses external logistics and dispatching. In the event that the logistics team experiences a delay, we are not liable for the timely delivery of the products.

Debaarun Mukherjee covers the cost of shipping services for any deliveries made within India. However, the client is required to cover the cost of a foreign shipment.

Debaarun Mukherjee pays a portion of the courier services’ fees for “Cash on Delivery” services. However, the client is required to pay the balance of the amount. As a result, if a customer chooses COD, a COD fee will be added to the total order amount when the transaction is placed.

UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

Upon receiving full payment, we will send the client their selected outfits. The outfit will be kept at our store until the specified delivery date if the customer wishes to pick it up there. However, if the outfit isn’t delivered and is returned to us or hasn’t been picked up by the customer, someone from our store will get in touch with them to try again. If we are unable to get in touch with the client, we will keep the outfit on hand for a few weeks. If the client doesn’t communicate or respond within this time period, they will lose the money paid for the outfit, and it will be discarded.
